The Roycroft Inn & Campus Projects

Renovation of Inn, Guest House & Copper Shop

The 1995 restoration of the historic Roycroft Inn was an award-winning project. During the work, Lehigh coordinated the efforts of over 100 subcontractors and vendors during the course of the nine month project.  It was special because it was finished just in time for the 100th anniversary of the Roycroft campus.

Lehigh returned again in 2000 to complete eight additional suites in a neighboring guest house.

After both successful projects, Lehigh was again hired to completed the repairs to the Arts & Crafts campus Copper Shop, which required experienced carpenters to renovate the building and maintain its natural historic charm.  The Copper Shop was completed in 2007.

Lehigh was awarded a prestigious Build New York Award by the AGC-NYS for the Roycroft Inn Restoration in 1996.
